The TCR Crew is easy to use and an affordable alternative to allow disabled individuals the freedom to drive a pickup.

Currently the TCR Crew conversion can be done to 2014-present GMC and Chevrolet pickups. It is also for manual wheelchairs and not for larger power chairs. A positive to this design is that it limits the modifications to the vehicle so that the resale value of the pickup is not affected. So when the time comes that you want to trade in your pickup you aren’t stuck with a vehicle that has been massively overhauled, rather you have a pickup that can be easily reverted back to normal. Also, when you do change vehicles you wont have to buy an entire new TCR Crew system because it is easily transferable.

The system includes a linear actuator system that eliminates that challenge of maneuvering the wheelchair past the rear drivers’ side door. The system also includes a heavy-duty transfer platform that mounts to the same mounting locations as the drivers seat. Once the chair is in position to be loaded into the cab of the pickup an interior winching system lifts the chair into the vehicle onto an abrasive and corrosion resistant inclined platform. The incline allows the chair to be lowered on the linear actuator without any help from the individual. With the chair being placed into the cab of the vehicle it is out of the weather elements and will keep your chair looking as good as new.
